We have a 30-day window from the date you receive your item to report any issues.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping and supplier policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at alisshop.net637@gmail.com. Please provide photos of the issue so we can assess it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Custom or personalised products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable products
Sale items and gift cards
In such cases, you may keep the product, and we will issue a refund or send a replacement — no need to return the item.
Refunds
Once your issue is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
